Raudev is a shareholder of a special purpose company LDC which was established with the sole mandate to deliver the Lufhereng Integrated Housing Development consisting of more than 30 000 units southwest of Johannesburg on behalf of the City of Johannesburg.

Raudev’s wholly owned subsidiary, PDS, was appointed to do the development management of this project on behalf of LDC.

LDC entered into a contract with JOSHCO to implement the social housing project consisting of some 407 units in Lufhereng Ext 1 as a first phase. The target market are persons and families earning a combined household income of between R3500 and R15 000 per month and who will pay rent to JOSHCO.
